Jon Shore's soothing and magical voice has been relaxing people for more than 30 years. Each guided imagery script is created with great care and attention to detail by Jon, with over 40 years of experience and expertise to draw upon. Every program has beautiful background music.

The music for each program has been chosen or created to enhance the meditation without interfering with its purpose and content. These meditations are intentionally kept to around 20 minutes each so that you have time in your busy day to use them.

Meditation 1 & 2 are considered by many to be two of the best beginning meditation programs ever made.

Meditation 1 is a 18 minute deep breathing and Mindfulness Meditation.
An ideal start for anyone needing to relax or wanting to begin meditating.
This is also a great Mindfulness Meditation to do with a friend, partner or a group.


Meditation 2 is a 15 minute Mindfulness Meditation about being quiet and listening to your inner voice. The perfect Mindfulness training exercise and very helpful for getting answers, problem solving, innovating and self-awareness. It is suggested that you work with Meditation 1 first if you are just getting started with Mindfulness Meditation or are working on improving your meditations.
